Omni-Zap OZ is an artifact introduced in the Cosmic Dominion reward deck. It can be played as any other artifact with "Zap" in its name that the player names, or can be used to cancel and discard any card as it is played or revealed. If this makes the encounter or an alien's power unplayable (e.g. by zapping an encounter or destiny card or a card specific to an alien power, such as The Claw or Schizoid), then a new card must be drawn or played to replace it (the appropriate player draws a new hand if necessary).
After using the Omni-Zap, the player must remove one of his or her ships from the game or send three of his or her ships to the warp.
