| CS | You have the power of instability. As a main player, after encounter cards are revealed, use this power to reveal the top card of the deck. If it is not an encounter card, discard it. If it is an encounter card, replace one of either player's revealed encounter cards with the card from the deck, discarding the replaced card. In either case, the encounter then continues normally. |
Often mistaken for other species, the Phantasm's constantly roiling form makes it difficult to classify. This works well for the secretive race, as Phantasms enjoy befuddling and confusing others. |
