Mobius Tubes MT is an artifact that the offense can play during the regroup phase. When played, it releases all ships (belonging to all players) from the warp, after which they return to their owners' colonies of their owners' choice.
Due to this card only being usable by the offense and only during the regroup phase, it is easy for players who have this card to miss their opportunity to use it. Some groups use a house rule to allow players to play this card if they miss the timing to play it (such as after their turn is over, or after destiny is drawn); however, such house rules are not recommended by this wiki and are not mentioned on the Cosmodex. Rather, this wiki recommends that players who teach Cosmic Encounter to new players should make sure to explain how to read and interpret when artifact cards can be played, and that new players be given enough time to fully read their cards and understand what they do so that they don't miss their chance to play the cards that they want to play.
